By using our Services, you confirm that:

All services are provided strictly in compliance with Meta, telecom operator, and regulatory requirements.

5. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Provide valid contact information
  • Have lawful authority to receive communications
  • Not be prohibited by law from using messaging services

6. Account Registration

Certain services may require registration. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notify us of unauthorized access immediately

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or misleading information.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

Any violation may result in immediate suspension.

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
Radhakisan Pathade reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for:

  • Policy violations
  • Legal non-compliance
  • Non-payment

Termination does not waive accrued liabilities.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Users acknowledge:

  • WhatsApp and RCS platforms are governed by third-party policies
  • Message delivery is subject to platform rules and user consent
  • Template approvals are mandatory

The Company is not responsible for platform-level restrictions.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Message delivery depends on:

  • Recipient availability
  • Network connectivity
  • Platform rules

Radhakisan Pathade does not guarantee message delivery timelines or success rates.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, systems, trademarks, and materials belong to Radhakisan Pathade.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

13. Confidentiality

All non-public business information shared is confidential and must not be disclosed without written consent unless required by law.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

Courts of Aurangabad, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
